How long is the visit to Meet Vincent van Gogh?

The average journey of the experience is 60/80 minutes. But there is no need to hurry, you can stay as long as you want until 9:00 p.m., when we close our doors.

What language is the audio guide in?

The audio guide is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Italian, Korean, and Mandarin. We also have a version for children from 8 to 12 years old in the same languages.

Can I use my own headphones?

Yes you can. Make sure they have a 3.5mm jack cable.
Likewise, all the audio guides and the respective headphones are disinfected after each use.

Can you touch and photograph?

Yes, and we hope you will! But we also ask that you treat all installations and scenery work, as well as other visitors, with respect.

What is the difference between Meet Vincent van Gogh and other exhibitions about the artist?

Meet Vincent van Gogh is unlike anything seen before in Argentina. It is an enriching experience with a deep educational desire. The experience shows the story of Van Gogh in an innovative, modern and three-dimensional way thanks to an immersive 360º project that has received several international awards.

What is the participation of the Van Gogh Museum from Amsterdam in the creation of the exhibition?

Meet Vincent van Gogh is the only official exhibition of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. The museum has been involved in the entire process of creating and designing the exhibit.

Why are there no original Van Gogh paintings on display?

The experience is designed to allow visitors to discover Vincent's life and work in a new way, beyond the traditional museum format: the space is interactive and allows them to experience and learn by reviewing, touching, listening to, and visiting places where he lived and Van Gogh painted.

Allowed and prohibited objects

Can I enter with my bag/backpack/baby stroller?

It is not possible to access with baby strollers, backpacks or other bulky objects. At the entrance we have a wardrobe to leave them.
Neither can you enter with elements that endanger the physical integrity of the people present and/or the objects in the sample. Small bags are allowed inside the experience.

Can you enter with food and drink?

It is not allowed to enter with food or drinks.

Can you smoke?

Smoking is prohibited inside the experience.

Can you enter with animals?

The access of animals is not allowed.

Tickets

Where can I buy my ticket?

You can do it in Ticket Flash, through the following LINK and at the box offices in the Campo Argentino de Polo, open from Wednesday to Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays: from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

What is the value of the ticket?

Is it necessary to book in advance?

It is not necessary to reserve the tickets in advance, you can buy them online or at the ticket offices enabled in the Campo Argentino de Polo at the time you go. However, we recommend that you do so to ensure your entry, especially on weekends and holidays, due to high demand.

Can I change the time or date of my ticket?

It is not possible to make the change once the tickets have been issued. You must cancel your purchase in Ticket Flash and make it again (only valid for tickets purchased online).

What happens if I arrive late or not on schedule?

You can come to the exhibition at any time between the hours indicated on your ticket, not before or after. We ask you to please be punctual, to guarantee that everyone can enter at the time that corresponds to them. The maximum tolerance is 20 minutes and is subject to the demand of the moment.

Can I request a refund if I cannot attend?

There are no refunds, changes or returns of tickets.

What do I have to present at the entrance to enter?

Once the ticket has been purchased, you will receive an email with the confirmation and the QR code. You do not need to print it, you can show it from your cell phone when you enter the experience and you help take care of the environment.

Is there a discount for retirees, people with disabilities and/or students?

Yes, you can see the prices by following this LINK. Important: you must present a credential (physical or digital) that proves your condition at the entrance to the experience, without exception. The companions of people with disabilities do not receive a discount.

Is there a differential price some day of the week?

Yes, there is a promotional price from Wednesday to Friday (except holidays). You can see more information by following this LINK.

Can minors enter?

The experience is recommended from the age of 8, but entry for all ages is allowed. Children under 2 years of age do not pay an entrance fee or have an audio guide service. Children from 2 to 10 years old have access to a special discounted rate. Every person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The duty of supervision remains at all times under the responsibility of the parents or companion. DNI must be presented that proves the age at the entrance to the experience, without exception.
