Days and hours
Wednesday to Friday: from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Meet Vincent van Gogh time slots run every 30 minutes. For example, if you bought a ticket for the 11:00 a.m. slot, you can enter between 11:00 a.m. and 11:29 a.m. If you have purchased a ticket for the 8:30 p.m. slot, you will only be able to enter at 8:30 p.m.
Tickets
Tickets are on sale at Ticket Flash and at the Campo Argentino de Polo box office.
Audio guides for children and adults are included in the ticket price.
SPECIAL RATES: Children under 2 years old do not pay admission. Corresponding documentation must be submitted.
Discounted rates applicable for retirees, people with disabilities, students and children from 2 to 18 years old. Corresponding documentation must be submitted.
Clarification: The companions of people with disabilities pay the normal rate.
GROUPS: The discount for groups requires a minimum of 10 (ten) people. Group reservations can be made during the purchase process itself.

Note: Admission is free for children under 24 months accompanied by an adult.

Meet Vincent van Gogh will is hold in Campo Argentino de Polo, at 4096 Av. Libertador, Buenos Aires. There are many ways to get there:

Tren
Línea Mitre: 5 minutos a pie desde la estación 3 de Febrero.

Colectivo
Líneas 10, 15, 29, 34, 41, 64, 130, 160 y 166.

Subte
Línea D: 15 minutos a pie desde estación Palermo.

Auto
Estacionamiento con cargo en Av. Del Libertador 4168.
General information
Audio guide
All Meet Vincent van Gogh tickets include a free audio guide, available in versions for children (8-12 years) and adults (13+). Audio guides are available in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Korean, and Portuguese. All audio guides are disinfected after each use. If you want to bring your own headphones, feel free to do so. The only requirement to connect them is that it be a 3.5mm jack cable.
Duration of the experience
The average journey of the experience is 60/80 minutes. But there is no need to hurry, you can stay as long as you want.
Designed to participate
Meet Vincent van Gogh is designed and prepared to see, listen, touch and feel, so you can take photos and touch the works. We ask you, in any case, to treat the installations and scenery work with respect, as well as other visitors.
Access
The Meet Vincent van Gogh experience in Buenos Aires is wheelchair accessible. Although we accept everyone, it is important to know that the audio guide is an essential part of the experience; those who are hard of hearing may find it more difficult to immerse themselves in the story.
