Visiting times

The new time slots for Meet Vincent van Gogh work each 30 minutes. For example, if you bought a ticket for the 10am slot, you can enter between 10am and 10:29am. In case you bought a ticket for 6pm slot, you can only enter at 6pm (one hour before closing time).

These schedules and capacity reduction are a security measure.

Accessibility / General information

Audio guide

All tickets to Meet Vincent van Gogh include a free audio guide, available in both children (4-12 years) and adult (13+) versions. Audio guides are available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Korean and Portuguese.

All audio-guides are disinfected after each use.

In case you want to bring your own headphones, feel free to do so. The only requisition in order to connect to the device is that it has to be a jack cable 3,5mm.

Accessibility

Meet Vincent van Gogh in Lisbon is accessible for people in wheelchairs. While we welcome all people, it is important to know that the audio guide is an essential part of the Experience; people with hearing impairments may find it more difficult to become immersed in the story.
